How to Delete Your Account and Data
We respect your privacy and your right to delete your data. Follow these simple steps to delete your LUDO+ account and all associated data from our servers.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Launch the LUDO+ Game
Open the LUDO+ app on your mobile device. Make sure you are logged in to your account.
Navigate to Settings
From the main menu, tap on the Settings option (usually represented by a gear icon). This will open your account settings menu.
Go to Profile Settings
In the Settings menu, look for the Profile section and tap it. This section contains your account information and account management options.
Click Delete Account
Scroll down and find the Delete Account option at the bottom of the Profile settings. Tap on it to initiate the deletion process.
Confirm Deletion
A confirmation dialog will appear asking you to confirm that you want to delete your account. Read the confirmation message carefully, as this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Tap Confirm to proceed with the deletion of your account and all associated data.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is removed:
- Your player profile and account information
- All game progress and statistics
- Token designs, dice designs, and board designs you purchased
- In-game currency balance (coins and diamonds)
- Game settings and preferences
- Cloud save data stored on Unity Cloud Save
- Purchase history and transaction records
Important Information
- !Permanent Action: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be reversed. All your data will be lost.
- !No Refunds: In-app purchases cannot be refunded after account deletion. Your purchases are tied to your account.
- !Processing Time: While deletion happens immediately in-game, complete removal from all databases may take up to 30 days.
- !Account Recreation: After deletion, you can create a new account with the same email address, but all previous progress will be gone.
