1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LUDO+ (the "App") (including any updates or modifications), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and LUDO+ Studios ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. License and Usage Rights

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your personal mobile devices for non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to your compliance with these Terms. You do not own the App or any of its content; you have limited rights to use it as provided herein.

3. Game Rules and Mechanics

3.1 Core Gameplay Rules

LUDO+ is a multiplayer strategy game with the following core mechanics:

• Token Elimination: Players must eliminate at least one opponent's token before they can unlock and use their finish token to complete the game
• Finish Line: If a player has not eliminated any opponent tokens, they cannot move their token past the finish line area
• Dice Rolling: Players can consume in-game diamonds to re-roll the dice once per turn (cost increases exponentially with each consecutive re-roll)
• Extra Turns: Rolling a 6 on the dice grants a free extra turn

3.2 Game Modes

Classic Mode: Each player controls 4 tokens and must navigate them around the board while following all core gameplay rules.

Arrows Mode: The game board contains special arrow tiles. When a token lands on an arrow tile, it automatically advances by the arrow's designated distance and the player receives an additional free turn.

Quick Mode: Each player controls only 2 tokens instead of 4, making games faster while maintaining all core rules including the token elimination requirement.

3.3 Play Formats

• 4 Player Solo: 4 individual players compete against each other
• 4 Player Duos: 2 teams of 2 players each compete together as a team
• 2 Player Solo (1v1): Head-to-head matches between 2 players

4. In-App Purchases

4.1 Purchasable Items

LUDO+ offers the following in-app purchases:

• Token Designs: Cosmetic customizations with different logos and icons (visual only, no gameplay advantage)
• Dice Designs: Cosmetic dice variations that are displayed to all players in a match
• Board Designs: Special board visual themes. The most expensive board design owned by any player in a match is displayed for all players
• Coins: In-game currency used for various purchases and enhancements
• Remove Ads: One-time purchase to remove advertisements

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD (or your local currency equivalent). Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Payment is processed through your device's official app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). By making a purchase, you authorize the app store to charge your payment method.

4.3 Purchase Cancellation and Refunds

Refunds for in-app purchases are subject to the policies of Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Most digital purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We recommend trying free content before making purchases. For refund requests, please contact the respective app store. We generally do not issue refunds directly but will cooperate with your app store's refund process.

4.4 Free Currency Alternative

Players can watch advertisements to earn free coins without spending real money. The App does not require any purchases to enjoy core gameplay.

5. Advertising and Monetization

5.1 Advertisement Display

LUDO+ displays advertisements through Unity Level Play. These ads may include:

• Banner advertisements during gameplay
• Interstitial advertisements between matches
• Rewarded video advertisements (watch to earn coins)

5.2 No Ad Guarantee

Players can purchase the "Remove Ads" in-app item to eliminate advertisements from their experience. After purchasing, ads will no longer be displayed.

5.3 Rewarded Ads

Players can voluntarily watch advertisements to earn in-game coins. Watching an ad typically rewards 500 coins. This is completely optional, and players can continue playing without watching ads.

6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

6.1 Prohibited Behavior

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other players
• Cheat, hack, or exploit bugs/glitches for unfair advantage
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code
• Use bots, automated tools, or scripts to play the game
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or network
• Share your account or allow others to use it
• Post offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, audio, code, design, and gameplay mechanics, is the exclusive property of LUDO+ Studios or its licensors. You are granted a limited license to use this content solely for playing the game. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

Respect for intellectual property is a condition of using the App. Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUDO+ AND ITS DEVELOPERS, DISTRIBUTORS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or anticipated savings
• Interruption or loss of service
• Errors or bugs in the App
• Unauthorized access to user data
• Third-party actions or conduct

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Title
• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free operation

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LUDO+ Studios, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Any dispute involving your account

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in cheating, hacking, or exploiting
• Harass or abuse other players
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Violate applicable laws

Upon termination, your access to the App and any associated content will be revoked. You may lose all in-game progress and purchases associated with your account.

12. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or any features at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any changes or discontinuation of the App or its features. Game balance adjustments, bug fixes, and feature updates may occur without notice.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LUDO+ Studios operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with us through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws, unless prohibited by local regulation.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LUDO+ Studios regarding your use of the App. These Terms supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
