WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Information You Provide to Us
We may ask you to provide us with certain Personal Information. Information We Collect As You Access and Use Our Services
In addition to any Personal Information or other information that you choose to submit to us, we may use a variety of technologies that automatically (or passively) collect certain information whenever you visit or interact with the Services ("Usage Information"). This Usage Information may include information regarding the browser that you are using, geo-location, IP address, country, the URL that referred you to our Services (source), all of the areas within our Services that you visit, and the time of day, among other information in order to gauge your "behaviour" on our Platform and provide you enhanced and more customised Services.
Facebook Authentication Data
When you choose to log in through Facebook, we collect the following information from your Facebook profile:
- Your Facebook ID and name
- Email address (if provided in your Facebook profile)
- Profile picture
- Basic public profile information
You have control over which information Facebook shares with us. You can review and adjust these permissions in your Facebook settings. We use this information solely for user authentication and account identification.
User Game Data and Cloud Save
LUDO+ uses Unity Cloud Save to store your game progress, player statistics, and game preferences. This includes:
- Game progress and level completion
- Player statistics (wins, losses, rankings)
- Token designs and customization choices
- Dice designs owned by the player
- Board designs owned and selected
- In-game currency balances (coins and diamonds)
- Game settings and preferences
In-App Purchase Information
When you make in-app purchases, we collect and store:
- Purchase history and transaction IDs
- Items purchased (token designs, dice designs, boards, coins, ad removal)
- Purchase dates and amounts
- Payment method information (processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store)
Purchase processing is handled by Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not directly store your payment card information.
Advertising and Analytics Data
LUDO+ uses Unity Level Play for ads and analytics. This includes collection of:
- Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android)
- Device information for ad targeting and personalization
- Ad interaction data (views, clicks, impressions)
- Game analytics and engagement metrics
Your Advertising ID is used to show you relevant advertisements based on your interests. You can opt out of personalized ads or reset your Advertising ID at any time through your device settings.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To authenticate your account and verify your identity
- To save and restore your game progress using Unity Cloud Save
- To process in-app purchases and maintain transaction records

Deleting your data will result in loss of access to your game progress, in-game items, and purchases.
SECURITY
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

- Secure authentication mechanisms

ADVERTISING AND PERSONALIZATION
LUDO+ displays advertisements through Unity Level Play. These ads may be personalized based on:

- Aggregated analytics data
Opting Out of Personalized Ads: You can opt out of personalized advertising by:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising → Turn off "Personalized Ads"
- Android: Google Settings → Ads → Turn off "Personalized Ads"
You can also reset your Advertising ID through your device settings, or watch ads to earn free coins as an alternative to purchasing in-game currency.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
LUDO+ is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete such information promptly.
